Our Superb Client Reviews for Previous Foundation Repair Projects

I highly recommend IWP Foundation. Aiden and his crew were phenomenal and kept me updated on the process. It took away any anxieties I had about the process. Can’t say enough great things about the company and employees!

I have an oversized three car garage made with cinder blocks in the 1960s. It was sinking at two corners, IWP did a good job leveling it up. I was completely satisfied by the job they did.

Aiden and his crew were so knowledgeable and informative, and answered all questions we had! These guys were kind to us and cared about the work they do. They were respectful to our property and cleaned up and removed things out of any area they were working out of!I will always have IWP Foundation Repair Come and do work for us, anytime! Thank you. Ronnie, Aiden and the crew!

Great service had a great time talking over the phone

Great service

We highly recommend this company for any structural questions, concerns or repairs you might need. IWP installed piers along two walls of a new large addition after some settling. Everyone that showed up worked extremely hard and quickly to make the repair, but the thing that impresses us most with this company, is their honesty and excellent customer service that has been shown time and time again by Mr Gonzalez. He is truly an asset to this company and has taken the stress out of what would have been a very stressful situation. Thank you!

We had some major foundation issues going on and this crew came and did the repair perfectly. They even added on some waterproofing services so that we don't have to worry about future water damage. Highly recommend!

After a torrential rainfall, my basement was flooded! I hired Topeka Foundation Repair & Waterproofing to find out why this happened. It turns out I needed French drain installation. What a great group of contractors.

I ve never had to schedule foundation repair before but this crew made the process pain free! They were so professional and got the job done quick. Their warranty was also the best I saw when shopping around. Would definitely recommend when you need foundation repair in Topeka.

Had a leak in my basement so I called Topeka Foundation Repair & Waterproofing. I don't know much about what caused the leak or anything like that, so I really appreciated the time they took to explain to me what their plans were to resolve the issue.

Worked with this company for foundation repair in Topkea, and they did an amazing job. Great warranties and financing options, communication was on-point the entire time, and they were on-time and friendly. Highly recommend!
